First of all, ensure you have added your first squad to Squad Manager.
Go into Squad Manager by pressing the Squad Manager button (first button down on the left of the screen) -
You will then be presented with a screen like this:
Place a player on the pitch by holding down the player's number, dragging it to the pitch, then dropping it where you would like that player's starting position to be.
When a player is added to the pitch his number will be greyed out in the displayed squad list.
Repeat this process of dragging players to the pitch until you have all the players you need for the drill you are creating.
When you have added all the required players to the pitch, press the 'Create Animation' button which can be found just above the pitch:
You are now presented with a dialogue box allowing you to add descriptive information for your animation. The more informative you make this the more use it will be later if you choose to export to PDF.
Press 'Done'. The players you added earlier are now on your pitch.
At this point you can add equipment such as cones or ladders using the 'Equipment button', or add more players using the 'Player Marker' button. These buttons can be found towards the bottom left of the screen.
In this example we won't be adding additional players or equipment, instead we are going to start animating the players already on the pitch. Press 'Animate' from the bottom row of buttons:
We now see the Animation timeline below the pitch, along with the buttons we use to advance through our drill:
The timeline handle (circled below) is already advanced by one second:
We can now move the players and the ball to where we want them to be after one second of the drill, by dragging the markers to their new position. Below we have moved the ball and we can see the path it will move in:
We've moved the other players now too, including number 12 whose path is shown here.
Now we can advance one more second by pressing the 'advance' button:
The timeline handle advances one more second:
We can do this a number of times, moving the players and ball and advancing a second each time, to build up an animated drill.
Use the cue buttons to move to the start or end of the drill. Move to the start and press the 'Play' button to review the drill.
Once happy, press 'Done' and your first animation will be saved and available in your Training Library.
To access your Training Library, press the third button down on the left:
