After logging in, or pressing the Sync button at the top of the screen, Globall Coach contacts your Globall Coach server to synchronise the content stored on the current device with the content stored on the server.
An internet connection is required to enable the device to communicate with the server. After syncing is complete the device and the server will both contain the latest copies of all content accessible by that user.
As part of the syncing process, Globall Coach compares content on the current device with content held on the server. If Globall Coach finds a content item has been edited on two devices at the same time it will display the Document Conflict screen, which contains the following message:
“The following documents have been changed at the same time on multiple devices.”
The user can then select which version of the document to keep.
